Dr. Clarke and Jenny share a goal to grow the healthcare army and to free as many people as they can to enable them to live healthy, natural lifestyles. The conception of Innate Rejuvenation, LLC was to give access to people who travel from different parts of this region – make the location easy to find, provide ample parking, and create an environment that is welcoming to everyone.
Jenny has made herself incredibly accessible outside of office hours and appointment times to be contacted when her clients need her to answer a question or even weigh in on a grocery list – a benefit that most wellness providers are not able to offer to their clients.
Jenny placed her focus of study in nutrition response therapy and has been inspired to help people discover how to live a healthy, more active, and pain free lifestyle. With the support of her husband and children behind her, she strives to help as many people as possible in her lifetime through her nutritional consultation. She recognizes the need for medical intervention and supports her client’s decisions whether they choose to seek it or not, but offers a complementary approach with holistic wellness. She utilizes her interpersonal skills to work with people of all ages and backgrounds to push them towards health and wellness.
Jessica is here to improve your experience in the program by offering physical fitness guidance to help support the nutritional changes that you are investing in. Jessica maintains a personal lifestyle of professional fitness through aerial strength training and technical mastery, paired with healthy nutritional support and guidance, and she looks forward to helping clients implement practical and fun fitness habits into their own lifestyle. Jessica encourages you with manageable goals that build on the nutritional counseling that she offers.
Alex is our in-house massage therapist. Through massage, Alex hopes to deliver a relaxing and therapeutic experience that will benefit your overall well-being. Alex works along side Jenny, Jessica, and Dr. Clarke to ensure you receive the most out of your time in the office. He also regularly updates the office recipe book and shows clients cooking methods.
